Independent consultant currently working as the West Midlands Regional Employment Lead for the Valuing People Team.

Will undertake any work linked with social care.

Specialist areas include:

Employment and Learning Disabilities, transformation of Learning Disability services, investigating complex complaints or grievances, conflict resolution, knowledge and senior management experience within local authority and third sector, experience of establishing services overseas, and working in adults and children's services. 

Lippy People CIC is a member of Social Firms UK. We aim to make a difference within our communities by collaborating to provide ' voice and influence' opportunities for people who feel marginalised, disenfranchised or ignored. It uses collaborative filmmaking to achieve this aim. This collaborative approach is used as a vehicle to fulfil the following socially motivated goals: - To enable disadvantaged people to participate more fully in society. - To affect positive change in their lives through self-representation. - To provide opportunities for increased motivation, mental wellbeing, skills development, community cohesion and raising people's levels of self-belief and aspiration.
