As the world continues to face social and environmental challenges, the level of interest in social and environmental impact continues to increase. Social and impact investors, public sector commissioners and CSR departments increasingly want to know how much value their investment creates, and social entrepreneurs are recognising the importance of maximising the value they can create for those they serve.

Behind this interest is the question – how much social value are we creating?

The SROI Network International Conference will explore how Social Return on Investment, the framework and principles, can help answer this.

Social enterprise organisation Social Traders has created a unique one day marketing programme to help charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisation improve the marketing of their services and engage directly with customers and supported.

The programme will focus on the use of social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare, Wordpress, Google and YouTube.

This programme is for people with responsibility or interest in marketing their organisation. Organisations with an agreed marketing plan will benefit most from participation and a basic working knowledge of the internet/email is required.
