Social enterprise organisation Social Traders has created a unique one day marketing programme to help charities, social enterprises and voluntary organisation improve the marketing of their services and engage directly with customers and supported.

The programme will focus on the use of social media tools such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Slideshare, Wordpress, Google and YouTube.

This programme is for people with responsibility or interest in marketing their organisation. Organisations with an agreed marketing plan will benefit most from participation and a basic working knowledge of the internet/email is required.

The Social Enterprise World Forum will bring together the world’s leading authorities in social enterprise for discussion, learning, showcasing and collaboration.  Building on the success of the inaugural 2008 SEWF, which took place in Scotland, UK, the 2009 forum will explore the role social enterprises play in encouraging and facilitating social inclusion, including creating sustainable employment opportunities for those disadvantaged in the labour market.
